Ahara is an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula and a Pancha Karma Specialist. She currently teaches Postpartum classes through Sacred Window School and Ayurved Sadhana. She began working as a Postpartum Doula in the late 1970's. Ahara was a member of APPPAH (The Association For Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health) and was a certified instructor of their 16-hour Embodiment Seminar for Educators Parents and Birth Professionals. 

 

While studying and working with noted Hawaiian Kahunas, Ahara developed diverse energy understandings and has expanded those understandings as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and a Polarity Therapy Life Coach. She is a certified yoga instructor for 25+ years.

For 15 years she worked with a team of practitioners as a Soul Alchemist, 

facilitating people in life transitions and healing life traumas.

She is a Minister through Center for Soulful Living, and continues in the

frontiers of her own personal healing work. 

 

Ahara has a private practice in Santa Fe, N.M., with her primary focus being preconception and pre & perinatal bodywork, coaching and education.

She is also available to assist people with whatever their physical or spiritual issues may be.
