Ayurveda integrates a complete care paradigm
including pre-conception, conception, pregnancy,
and birth as well as the postpartum window
to serve a new mother, baby and family.

AyuDoulas (postpartum Ayurvedic Doulas) work in the postpartum sacred window
when a new life is welcomed into this world.

Ayurveda informs the best care for the first 42 days after childbirth,
in this window we create patterns powerfully affecting mother, babe and family for a lifetime.

Those who train with us learn profound preventive and rejuvenating wellness care.
Our clients rarely suffer many of the common complications of the postnatal time.
